  • Need to Reschedule?

    In order for us to provide the best scheduling options possible we require at least 48hrs notice before your appointment to cancel or reschedule.

    • If less than 48hrs, there is a 50% fee of services scheduled.

    • If your service provider has waited 15 minutes or more to begin the appointment due to your absence, you will be considered a “No Show.” Which may result in the provider leaving to commute to the next client. Whether any service was able to be accomodated or not, the fee for the FULL amount of services scheduled will be due.

  • Please let us know of any conditions that may require special accommodations.

    We kindly ask that you let us know of any physical or mental conditions so, that we can properly prepare for any services that may need to be customized.

    If we are unable to perform any service due to lack of knowledge of such condition(s), we will do our best to accommodate what is possible. However, payment is still due for the full amount of service(s) scheduled.

Appointments will NOT be scheduled if there are any outstanding fees.

Should you have future appointments scheduled with now an outstanding fee due. Your next scheduled appointment will be held for an allotted time to allow payment to process. However, if no payment is made in allotted time all appointments will be canceled and cannot be rescheduled until payment is paid in full.
